Fitness Goals - Week 2

I made it through last week. Phew!

Okay. I know - I didn't exactly set lofty goals. BUT, the goals I set, I did accomplish. That is one small victory for me. Yay!

The goal I set for 1/1 - 1/7 was to workout on my elliptical machine at a moderate pace for ten minutes on two different days. I went back and commented each day I completed my ten minute workout.
My tip for working out on the elliptical is to rotate between pedaling forward and backward every minute. It means a more complete workout for the leg muscles. It also makes the workout less monotonous. Keeping it interesting keeps you motivated!

Weekly Fitness Goal for 1/8 - 1/14:
Walk at a moderate pace on my elliptical machine for eleven minutes two days this week and do one twenty minute Pilate's workout.



  1. my goals for this week include riding my stationary bike 3- 4 days for 20 mins each time. Also to drink a glass of water with my meals instead of afterwards

  2. Alicia - I hope you did better with your goals this week than me!

    I only completed one twenty minute Pilates workout this week. I don't feel defeated or lazy since I was simply making goals I hoped to fit into my week. Next week, I'll continue with new goals. This week seemed extra crazy and I felt extra tired so I'm not going to be too hard on myself! :-D Looking forward to getting more accomplished next week!
